Do you work as consultants facilitating change as well as running change management courses?

Yes, we work within organisations assisting with the change process. This can happen concurrently within the change management training programme or subsequently once the training is complete. All the change management work we do is tailored to the requirements and objectives of the client.

Do you have a set schedule for your Change Management courses?

No, we don't have a set schedule for our Change Management courses because every course is different. We will develop a schedule for you once we know the background to the change that you are planning or that is already taking place within your organisation.

We are implementing some significant change within our organisation but some employees are really struggling to accept the need for it. This is starting to cause some problems and frustrations within the team. Do you deal with this kind of issue on your Change Management courses?

Yes. We find that these kind of issues are common within teams or organisations where change is being introduced. No one particularly relishes the thought of change. Most people accept the need for it though. However, there are some people who do struggle to buy into the concept of change because they feel much more comfortable with things as they are. This is in fact a normal human reaction that we all experience when invited to make a change. the problem is that some people just can't move on. We tend to blame them and see them as weak or perhaps negative. Treating them with scorn is not helpful and can tend to exacerbate the problem. Working with them and assisting them through the change is a much better approach. On our Change Management courses, we can help you to do this.

Do you run courses that train managers in the implementation of change?

Yes. We develop tailored Change Management courses for managers with responsibility for implementing change. We also run courses for managers who have been tasked with the development of a change management programme prior to implementation. Our Leadership courses cover this to a degree as well.

Do you facilitate high level Board Meetings focusing on the need for organisational change?

Yes, we do. We have a specialist facilitator who works with Executive teams. Much of his works involves advising senior management teams on strategic planning, objective setting and the need for organisational change.
