We remain flexible as to the duration of such programmes; some clients prefer a concerted programmed that takes place over a number of consecutive days, others prefer a staggered approach with half-day or one-day sessions taking place weekly, fortnightly or monthly.

Our Programmes can be comprised of between 2 and 20 modules depending on objectives, practicalities and logistics.

Do you have a large group of delegates or if you need to stagger attendance, modules can be repeated if necessary.

Firstly, we need to understand clearly the culture and needs of your organisation; ideally we will need to meet and/or talk to you to discuss this. This is free with no obligation.

We will then develop and present you with a selection of tailored modular programmes that meet all your requirements.

Having discussed these options with you and received your feedback, we will develop a bespoke programme that will be completely focused on your organisation's objectives.

Our charges vary depending on the length of the programme and the number of modules involved. We will be able to provide you with a firm quotation after our first discussion.
