If your business meets the following criteria, it will be eligible for a Grant. Don't worry, we will do most of the paperwork!

• Your business is based in the South West of England.
• You employ between 5 and 249 people (your business can be private, a franchise, a public company or a voluntary body).
• You would like to develop the Leadership and Management Skills of your employees.
• You have not benefited from a Leadership and Management Grant since April 2006.

This is what happens next.

• Call us to discuss your training needs.
• We will sort out the relevant paperwork.
• Your eligibility for the Grant will be assessed by the Leadership and Management Advisory Service for the South West region.
• If successful, you will receive up to £1,000 towards your training costs.
• The second £500 of your training Grant must be matched by you. For example, if you receive £1,000 from Train to Gain you will need to pay £500 towards the training costs. This means for your £500 you are receiving an extra £1,000 worth of training for your business.
